Trade Mark on back: ( L9 ) + (fish diagram in square + (J in a eight sided rectangle.
Any information on trade mark.

Its a really difficult one to answer.
Currently there is no register of maker's marks, so you really need to know where the piece came from.
As to the maker, place of register etc; your guess is as good as mine.
