Rhodium Plated Bracelet Sapphire Replacement | Jewelry Repair NY

Question
Hi Steven. heres my story. I inherited an old filigree bracelet. Its Rhodium plated metal, but not gold or platinum. The bracelets has 3 tillion cut sapphire stones. The stones are small, but one of them fell out, and is now missing. I tried taking it to one of my local jewlers, and I was told it will be difficult to replace, if at all. I live in NY. (Long Island), but can easily get into Manhattan if need be. Might you know a place where it can be replaced? I dont want to spend a fortune replacing it, and the stone is very small. The stone was pronged in, and Im guessing one of the pronges loosened up.
Im thinking that most jewlers dont want to be bothered because the bracelet isnt gold, and the stone might be like trying to find a needle in a "haystack". OR maybe they feel its not worth their time. :(
If you can help me out, Id greatly appreciate it. Thanks.. La Verne

Answer
Hi La Verne,

That happens to be my specialaity.  Cutting stones to match.  I would need a stone to match.  If you like I could have my jeweler friend set the stone as well even though it is not gold.
