Understanding 10K Gold Jewelry Markings: What Does 'H' Mean?

HI I LIKE TO KNOW WHAT 10 kh mean on jewlery? IS IT GOLD? THANKS

These markings are not my speciality , but I know 10 K is   10 Karat gold   but the H is a mystery,
sometimes a P is after the K mark which means its Plated but H , I cant be too sure..
10 k Gold is 41.7% pure gold .  I hope that helps  regards Rod
