I am looking for age and value on a Hamilton Pocket watch the back inside casing reads B&B ROYAL 20 years #6580964 the watch on the inside reads Hamilton Watch CO. Lancaster, PA. 17 Jewels. Adjusted and #44600 If anyone has information about this type watch it would be greatly appreciated.
