Rogers Brothers 1847 Silver Bracelet: Value & History

I am cleaning out my old jewelry box and found an old silver bracelet, which I assume is flatware.  It is stamped with Rogers Brothers 1847 IS.  I think it is worthless.  Would you agree?  I know very little about silver jewelry.  Thanks,  Tina

Hello Eustina and thank you for your inquiry. You are right, silver companies often made jewelry to match their flatware sets.  They are still quite popular today - both the bracelets and the rings. Sterling more than silverplate. You might search one of the local online auctions such as ebay.com for silver spoon or silver flatware jewelry to get an idea of the current market value.
