I was wondering if you can tell me what that means?

Its a beautiful pendant ! unfortunately the image is out of focus . It also shows nothing of the marking your asking about ( back) . There is nothing to in the image that gives me any clues . I would say its the makers mark .. Like MLK = Michael lesley Kirby or something like that ..it doesnt refer to any usual jewelers identifying marks .
