Decoding Jewelry Stamps: Understanding 18K ZEI and Serial Numbers

I have a wedding set that has stamps in the band. It's a 1/2 carat center with 16 diamonds surrounding. It's stamped 18k ZEI, which I understand that. But then it has a stamp of A1145998....... Can you explain this stamp to me? And how I can get information on this set.

Hi Tonya, according to my research, ZEI is a trademark of the Rosy Blue Jewelry Inc. and it is possible that the string of numbers you provided is a serial number. You can try and contact them from their website: http://www.rosyblue.com.
