Identifying Markings on Your Grandmother's Eastern Star Ring

Hello I have a ring that was given to me after my grandmother past away it is a Eatern star ring and on the band it has 10k and another i cant find what it means it is i believe a bell and in the the letter s/m  are engraved i was hpoing u could tell me more about it.

I believe that the bell is the makers mark but I am not farmiliar with it. Try looking up the symbols on the internet under makers symbols or manufacturers marks. There are literally thousands of the so narrow it to Masonic jewelry makers. Good luck,
