Remarriage After Divorce: Can You Marry Before It's Finalized?

Ive already been served with divorce papers,id like to know if i can some how get married befor our divorce is finalized??

No, you can't get remarried until the divorce is finalized.  Even after it is, there is a mandatory waiting period of 30-90 days before you can get remarried.  This varies by state.  The minimum time though is 30 days after the divorce is finalized.
