Wedding Etiquette: Who Pays for Attire?

My daughter is getting married in May.  In November, she asked my son to be in her wedding along with my two grandchildren.  He agreed, but now he says that she should pay for the 2 tuxedos and flower girl dress. I disagree and think since he accepted, he should pay.  Do the brides have to pay for all?

Dear Diana,
I totally agree with you. Since he accepted he should be paying for the two tuxedos and the dress. The bride is not responsible.It is part ofthe regular protocol  that if you accept the invitation you pay for the rental.Same as the ushers-it is the responsibility of the ushers to pay for their tuxedo rentals if they accepted being an usher.
