Child Support & Remarriage: How Does It Affect Your Payments?

My ex wife is getting married, when this happens will the court require her to include her new husbands income with hers? Or will my child support still be based on what she makes alone?  Thank you

No, her new husband's wages have absolutely nothing to do with your children.  He's not legally responsible to provide for your children.  The court can base the amount of child support based on your income alone, or even your ex-wife's if the state allows that (for the state to consider her wages along with yours).  It depends on what your states law is on this.  But typically the CS will be solely based upon your wages (and the number of children you have).
