You need to understand that this is in God's timing and that you must practice patience and diligence in prayer. God says that He will give us the desires of our heart. So get out a piece of paper and write down all of the qualities you are looking for in a wife. Be very specific and you can even ask Him for hair color, eye color, etc. I have known of people who have done this and God brought them their desire..
So you need to give the Lord your petitions. After this, then you need to loose your angels to go out and bring her in. Say to God, "I thank you that you are working behind the scenes and orchestrating this arrangement. I thank you that I already have the wife that I desire."
The Bible says to believe you receive WHEN YOU PRAY. So you need to trust that God is working on it. It may take some time because all of the pieces that need to fall into place.
But trust in Him that He will bring that special wife to you...
