I am 48 years old and I have never had any abnormal changes in my menstruation until now.I usually had my periods in 24-25 days.30 days ago I had my period and 15 days ago has started something like period but it is not, it is just few drops of blood every day and I hate it. I have no idea what is it. I used to have my periods 4 -5 days and after that everything would be clean.I am sure that I can't pregnant because of my husband.The same happened with me 1-2 months ago. I can't go to a doctor right now because I don't have insuranse. It scares me a lot.Do you have any idea what it can be?Thank you very much.

Between the ages of 45 and 50 women can experience changes in their menstrual cycles. You appear to have "dysfunctionsl uterine bleeding". if it persists, you will need to have a D&C to get a sample of your endometrium to test for changes in the cells, and to rule out any polyps or growths in the uterus. I would definitely make an appointment with a gynecologist, whether you have insurance or not.
