Persistent Diarrhea & Abdominal/Back Pain: Causes & Relief

I have had diarriah for 6 days now along with pain in my middle back and my stomach area under my ribs above belly button...the diarriah ranges any where between a toothpast and water consistancy when it 1st started i had a lot of presure on my ribs but that subsied and i only have the back and stomach pain with the diarriah not sever but i would say a 6 on a scale of 1- 10 i also ocassionaly feel nasuse this started along with my menstral cycle but i have a short cycle always have only last 4 days and this is day six so im not sure what is going on

it is hard to decide which symptoms are from the diarrhea problem and which are from the period, but most diarrhea gets better with simple treatment, specifically clear liquids overnight... no milk or solid foods for 24 hours.  If that doesn't relieve it, then get to your doctor.
