based on leviticus in the bible if you had sex with a woman during her time of the month ,is this because it would be improbalble that she would conceive?

I am not sure what your question is. However, we know from the bible that women had intercourse around cycle day #14 (because they were prohibited from being with their partners while they were menstruating and for sometime after, bring them to cycle day #14, which happens to be the best time to conceive because it is the most prevalent time of ovulation. At that time, too, is the highest incidence of male progeny (due to alkalinity of the secretions at cycle day 14). I am not aware of any suggestion in the bible of having intercourse during menses (period). That was expressly forbidden in early times.
