Postpartum Recovery: Tanning & Safe Exercise After C-Section
QuestionIt has been 3 weeks since my c- section. When can I start tanning? Can you also recommend some exercises?

I know you are anxious to get back to routine and get fit again, BUT I really recommend to wait until that 6 weeks checkup and give yourself time to heal. Then at that check up unless something is wrong the doctor will hand you a clean bill of health and you can ask him as to what exercise to do to also avoid strain on that suture line. You don't want any unexpected surprises.
