My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years and we want a child together. We were both wondering if their were any certain positions during intercourse that we might use to get me pregnant, or any tips that we could use that would help us out in this situation.

Well, we are engaged and we have been for awhile. Its been about a year and a half now and we were going to get married in July but my bf had a brother  that passed away a couple weeks ago and so hes been kind of traumatized with that happening in his life right now. He has 2 children from an marriage before me..and since weve been together weve both wanted children and so Ive come to you for help

Okay Charlotte- sounds like you have done some thinking about this. To conceive you need to determine when you are ovulating. Your ovaries will release an egg 14 days BEFORE your period arrives. It is not determined according to the LAST period, but when the NEXT one is expected. You need to learn the physical signs that ovulation is about to happen or IS happening.
