Hi, I am 21 and have been overweight all my life with the exception of a year when I was a junior in hs and struggled with an eating disorder, i lost a lot of weight doing that but at the cost of my immune system and gained it all back and then some once i stated eating regularly again. I have recently gotten engaged and my wedding is set for august 09. I currently and 198lbs at 5'3". I know this is not a healthy weight and want to change it.
