Stomach Pain During Early Pregnancy: Causes & When to Worry

I found out i was prenant a few week ago and on top of that i have been really stressed. Actually i wrote you yesturday.  i was up really early this morning with stabbing pains in my upper, lower and sides of my stomach.  They laster a couple hours.  There has been no bleeding and i dont feel the pain anymore but there is a slight discomfort in all the same areas.  I also have been haing really bad back pain latley too.  Should i worry or is this common.

As I mentioned before, slight pain or back ache is common in pregnancy. However, if the pain persists, contact your doctor and get a sonogram to see if anything is going on in your abdomen. As long as you have not had any vaginal bleeding, you probably are fine.
