Question -
IF I HAVE HAD 4 ULTERSOUNDS AND THEY ALL SAID I WAS DUE JAN 23 AND MY DOCTOR TOLD ME I CONCIEVED ON  APRIL 30 COULD THEY ALL BE OFF AND I ACTUALLY CONCIEVED THE 23 OF MARCH
Answer -
You did not give me enough information to give an opinion. When did you take the sonogram? How far pregnant did that sonogram show you to be? A sonogram is accurate after 16 weeks gestation. It is not accurate after 24 weeks gestation. If the sonogram gave a due date of January 23, your last period must have been April 17, and you must have ovulated on April 30. You could have conceived if you had sex on April 29,30,May 1, or 2. If you believe that you conceived on March 23, you would have had your last period on March 10, and you would be due on December17. If so, you would now be 38 weeks pregnant. If you are due on January 23, you would now be 33 weeks pregnant.
Answer -
The ultrasound report is based on the expertise of the sonographer. Certainly they can be incorrect in their measurements. When was the date of the sonogram and when did you take the sonogram (how many weeks pregnant were you?) When was the first day of your last period? A sonogram done late in pregnancy is very inaccurate, while one done at 20 weeks is very accurate. Was the first day of your last period on March 10 or on April 17?

Answer
The only accurate sonogram was the ones you had at 20 weeks and 22 weeks. Ignore the ones you had at 8 weeks and 12 weeks. What did the sonogram that was done at 20 weeks claim you were? That is the most accurate and should let you know exactly how far pregnant you are.
