Thanks for the quick reply but what u are saying is that after the operation my estrogen increase and thast y my breast got bigger?

then if it is increase then I am going to get back the fibroids right?


In what way can I decrease estrogen?

so when I have the fibroids it decrease the estrogen?

Unfortunately, it is very common for fibroids to grow back after a myomectomy. You cannot decrease the amount of estrogen your body produces. However, you probably should not use exogenous estrogen (birth control pills, hormone replacement therapy, etc). I doubt that the enlarged and tender breasts were due to the operation, but I was only mentioning that estrogen can cause tender and swollen breasts. If you have any doubts, discuss it with your gyn.
