Pregnancy Symptoms Disappearing Early? What Could It Mean?

Question
I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and have had a missed miscarrieage 6 months ago. Recently (week an half ago), my few symptoms I had (severe fatigue, moodiness, sensitive sinus and indigestion) have all gone away. Also I had been bloated and that has gone away. When I lost the last pregnancy the exact same thing happened around the same time frame. I understand symptoms come and go and I understand some women never have symptoms but when there are symptoms and they go away suddenly and never return, would that not be a possible sign of a missed miscarriage? I can't get into see a doctor for another 2 weeks and don't want to go through the same thing as last time where I carried the last pregnancy up until 12 weeks which had stopped growing at 5 1/2 weeks.

Answer
If you have any doubts, take two blood tests for pregnancy (Beta HCG), 48 hours apart. If there is a doubling if the results in 48 hours, it indicates a viable pregnancy. If there is a halving of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a miscarriage. After 6 weeks gestation, a sonogram will usually show a fetus and a fetal heartbeat in a viable pregnancy. If a sonogram does not show a fetus and a fetal heartbeat, it is not a good sign. Do the blood tests and get a sonogram.
