Yes, paternity can be test during pregnancy. A swab is taken from the suspected father's mouth. A swab is taken from the mother's mouth.  Some fluid is taken from around trhe baby (amniotic fluid). This is sent to a special DNA lab. The cost is around $1500.  HOwever, you must get consent from the mother to do the amniocentesis in order to get rhe amniotic fluid. If she does not want to have it done, you will have to wait until the baby is born to test for paternity.
