Pregnancy & Antidepressants: Safety Concerns & Considerations

I'm sorry to add to your confusion. However, this is a changing science and new data keep coming up, which constantly alters our advice. You can definitely not take Paxil during pregnancy. It is still controversial concerning Wellbutrin. However, Prozac is the most studied antidepressant we have and you can, evidently, use Prozac during pregnancy without any problems.
