Answer
How old are you? So far, everything appears within normal limits. It is highly unlikely that you would have conceived after having had a tubal ligation. The lack of a period for one month could be due premenopausal. Beteen 40 years of age to 50 years of age, you may occasionally cause a missed period from time to time, You will miss one period, then two periods in a row. etc. When you miss 12 months in a row, you look back at the date of your last period and that is when you reached menopause.
