QuestionI am 30 years old and I recently had a child 4 months ago(not a first time mother)and I started taking birth control. After a few weeks i stopped and almost immediately start bleeding as if i was having a period(had a period 2 wks prior),now it's time for my period to come and I'm late. I'm not pregnant because i haven't had sex in a while.WHAT'S GOING ON!

What form of birth control is it? if it is hormones (pills, depo Provera etc the stopping can cause cycle irregularity. It would not surprise me if your period arrived any time though. Are you nursing the baby? This can also cause your cycle to be off.
Sometimes the body just needs time to regulate itself. Probably nothing is going on, you are just having an irregular cycle, hopefully it will become regular with time.
You could check with your OB and see what they have to say about it but chances are it will be regular before long, I am sure.
