I masturbate and when I cum I covered my penis with my hand.After a few minutes, the sperm on my hand dried and I masturbate my girlfriend. I did not insert my finger in her. Can it cause pregnancy?

The safest way to do this is to wash your hands after masturbating to make sure sperm cells are washed away. If that is absolutely impossible, then at least drying them on a towel or something else to wipe away most of the semen and make sure your hands, and all creases of your fingers, under your fingernails, etc,.., are completely dry.

The fact that you did not insert your fingers into her vagina lessens the likelihood of pregnancy, BUT sperm cells are stubborn creatures. If they have an avenue to make it to where they need to go, they like to find their way. I can tell you the chances are very small in this scenario, but I cannot say that they are absolutely 100% impossible.
