Scar Pain After Kidney Donation: Causes & Concerns

I am 36 with 3 children & had 2 positive ept tests. My question regarding a scar from donating a kidney 14 years ago. I have had some mild discomfort/cramping on my left side under the scar from the surgery, the scar is 15 inches long & runs from my back to my stomach plus mild cramping that feels like pms. No spotting or bleeding but gassy & mild lower back ache. If you can answer this question it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't really have an answer - it's really out of scope of my work; I just wanted to express my admiration for you - donating a kidney and raising three kids - wow!  I would ask the doctor about this concern, just to be on the safe side.  Good luck with everything.
