Unusual Abdominal Shape During Pregnancy: What to Expect

This is my third child. I had gall bladder surgery two years ago.  I'm 6 months pregnant and my stomach is not round.  Right above my naval is where the roundness poke out.  Does this have anything to do with the surgery and will my stomach get round.

At your next OBGYN appointment, the doctor will measure you abdomen. Ask her if you are just "carrying" small, or if your developing baby is small for gestational age. It's also possible that you are not as far along as you think.
