Is it okay to get a massage a day before surgery?

There are very few surgeries in which this would be a precaution.  

-If there is anticoagulant therapy,
-or barium swallows or the like,
-or if haemostats or hemostatin is given...

These are all things that the surgery team will know about, so they would be by far better to ask...
