QuestionHello i have A more serious condition than the other two posting but no pain.
I too look pregnant even though my last pregnancy was nine years. After finally not accepting that i do not have to settle for this I have decided to find some natural remedies for my conditions (besides I am not rich!). When I bend my neck up or get ready to sit up there is a muscle that protrudes down the middle. I do not understand the finger separation measurement but I am sure by looks of things my seperation is more than two fingers. Can these excersises help me? or am I too far gone? I too do not need a six pack but my clothes have to be brought about two sizes bigger so that they fit over my belly In other words I have to wear an extra large when I can close a medium under the belly. I would like that to end. I have been exercising regularly and have found out that regular sit are a no-no. I am praying that you are my answer! What is the medical condition that i have called. I am a little disappointed that this information seems Privileged because it effects millions of women!

Make sure that you move your ribs closer to your hip bones, rather than just lifting your head off the floor.
Test above, at, and below your belly button. Feel for both the width of your mid line, and its' depth.
Also, see what happens to the width of your mid line when you deepen the intensity of the contraction. Does your mid line width stay the same, or close up a bit?
