Question
I'm 28 years old, I have two daughters , 6 years old and 7 months old. I've got pregnant of my third baby three months after the second one born, and I never got rid of the 45 pounds i gained during that pregnancy. I'm four months pregnant now and i want to know if it is possible to loss weight when your are expecting. I am 160 lbs now, i am afraid that if do not do something i will finish way too big.

Answer
Get a referral from your OBGYN and consult with a registered dietician who can determine your daily caloric needs, and any additional nutritional needs that you might have.

Since you are currently storing more body fat than is ideal, you do not need to gain any additional fat to support this pregnancy/nursing. You should aim to gain 20 to 25 pounds during this pregnancy.

It is possible to loose excessive fat while pregnant, but you need to insure that you're getting all the nutrients that you and your developing baby needs. This means eating ONLY high quality/high nutrition foods in the amount that matches your daily metabolic needs.
