This is kiran. I have undergone c-section 6months back. And I am healthy and alright now. I have no health issues at present. can I prooced with exercises like brisk walk, jogging and cycling. Or a c-section patient will have any restrictions. I heard that I should never jog and walk fastly,if I do, there will be chances for hernia. Is it true. Please let me know when will I be normal to do all the exercises to lose weight. Also suggest me the do's and dont's. Thank you.
