Post-C-Section Pain & Numbness: What to Expect & When to Seek Help

I had a c-section 15 months ago. I have had this problem for a while but I do not have insurance and I have no doctor that I can go to that will bill me. But where my insicion was still hurts sometimes, I have very little feeling in my lower abdomen it stays sore and no matter how I exercise I can not loose weight there it is like I have no nerves or muscles down there. Please help me.
