AnswerCharlotte,
In your case, a vaginal birth could still be possible. Both of the reasons for your first c-sections won't necessarily happen with your next baby. The key will be to find a supportive provider who understands how interventions can lead to c-sections and one that is very supportive of VBAC, understanding how best to help you accomplish this by use of evidence-based practice. I would interview several providers to find the best match. Typically, you can find out who the supportive providers are by contacting local breastfeeding or other mother's groups.
