Ovulation Prediction: Calculate Your Fertile Window

Hi i was wondering if you can help me out i am on a 29-32 day cycle normaly my periods last 3-7 days ( i know big jump) but if i were to ovulate when would it be? last month i got my period Jan.11th and i am supposed to be due today Feb 10th ( give a day or 2) so when is the best time to try and concieve?

Ovulation generally occurs in the middle of your cycle.  Without doing the NFP charting of your signs and symptoms of ovulation, the rule of thumb is that ovulation is about 10-14 days before your next period starts.  Since your cycles are either 29 - 32 days long, you would ovulate anytime after day 15 until about day 22.  So those would be the best days to try to get pregnant.  Actually, starting with day 13 since sperm can live quite a few days inside your body but the egg only lives one day.
