Vitamins for Conception: A Comprehensive Guide

Hi
I've been trying to figure out what vitamins should I take before trying to conceive. I got recomended Blackmores Conceive Gold (which includes folic acid)- 1 tablet + 1 capsule a day, Blackmores Fish oil 1000 - 2 tables a day and Blackmores Total Calcium, Magnesium and D3 - 2 tablets a day. Is that all I need to take or I'm missing something?

Those are really the important ones from what I've read.  The fish oil is great and Vit D is very important.  Folic acid is the big one for prenatal concerns.  If you are taking what makes you feel good and healthy, then you will be taking care of your health and your unborn children will be protected, too.  I find that Dr. Mercola has lots of good suggestions about supplements for being healthy.  mercola.com
