Questionhello,i would like to know if a still am able to have a baby i had 1 abortion and 1 miscarriage.please tell me i have a little hope on my side.
AnswerHello Krystal
You have concieved twice already & as long as you are still having regular periods, then there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to concieve.
Miscarriage is difficult enough and it's often thought that 1 miscsrriage means that they won't be ale to have a healthy and successful pregnancy, but for women who have made the decision to have a termination it can be harder. Many women blame a miscarriage on a previous abortion & see this as punishment for having the abortion.
This is very untrue & as miscarriage is so common, it's often followed by a smooth-running pregnancy resulting in healthy children.
If you find that you have been trying for about a year & nothing has happened (6 months for ladies over 35) then do have a chat with your doctor.
Pregnancy is all about good timing and considering you actually only have a 12-24hr window where the egg is 'live', getting pregnant really is the 'Miracle Of Life'!
I hope this has put your mind at ease & I wish you the best of luck.
Kindest Regards
Sarah
