Please know that I am not a doctor, but simply a person who has done a lot of research and talked to a lot of women.
Are you saying that your pregnancy was 3 weeks from conception, or from your last menstrual period? Most likely, the pills had no effect at all! Whatever you do, don't take any more pills! They are dangerous and can kill you. There are women in India bleeding to death after taking these pills. There are several other ways they can kill a woman as well. It's not worth the risk.
You should be able to test for pregnancy now. While taking pills can result in false positives, it has been long enough that if you get a strong positive, chances are you are still pregnant. That said, you couldn't use the pills with success now, either. It's too late for them to work. Your safest course is to do nothing and leave things alone. Chances are, you will both be fine. First, please know I am a woman.
If you had a pill abortion at 3 weeks from your period, there is a good chance you weren't pregnant to begin with, especially since you haven't had any other symptoms. This means you took an unnecessary risk with your body. And a pill abortion wouldn't work that early anyway. Taking powerful medications like that will cause your cycle to be irregular, so don't be surprised. You should be able to take a pregnancy test now. And like I said, you would be too far along to use a pill abortion now anyway. As for other methods of abortion, they are very dangerous. I would never entrust you to the care of any doctor who would do one on you. It is unethical, and it could take your life, or cause other serious problems, including paralysis, inability to speak, inability to conceive in the future, damage to your future children, and medically risk birth. It could cause you to develop breast cancer, or give you a nasty infection, including sexually transmitted diseases and HIV. You are far better off not doing anything at all.

You could take a pregnancy test at this point. I don't know whether the abortion pill would cause you to have a false positive. But these organizations probably would also do a pregnancy test. Check them out. It seems to me like you weren't pregnant to begin with, but it's hard to tell.
