hi,
i had my 3 months miscarriage on7th Aug'10 and my D&C was on 13th Aug'10.after D&c my period was on 5th Sept and again on 9th Oct.shall i conceive again?doctor told me after 3 months i can conceive before that i want to take care of mine as Pre-Conception diet and exercise which will help me for next conception.in first abortion i was depressed but now i want to be!so Pls help me how can i easily conceive again and what are the diet n exercise.

The first thing to do depending on where you live and what foods you eat is to start taking Folic Acid 1mg.  If you are not in a sunny area, you need to take Vitamin D.  Also, if your diet does not contain fish, then you need a source of Omega 3- fatty acids.  
The next step is your immunizations.  You need to make sure you have a tetanus, shot and are up to date on your rubella vaccine.  

Depression can get better or worse during pregnancy.  But most often ca worsen in the post-partum period.  You need to start a daily walking program and start being positive. Include fruits vegetables and less fast food.

Make five-year plan that includes your future work, plans for the baby and education if you are in school.  All of this makes you positive.
