QuestionHi Cathy. I am a 37 year old woman. I started my cycle when I was nine years old. (Ugh.) For the past year, I have been getting VERY hot all over; it usually starts in my feet, and then works upwards. I wake up at night with sweat between my chest, and on the back of my neck.
