Chronic Sinus Issues: Seeking Relief from Nasal Congestion & Polyps

Hi, Im a 23 year old male. I've had really bad blocked sinus's for pretty much my entire life. I can never actually breath freely through either of my nasal passages. I've had CT scans which showed I have alot of mucous. I've even had  nasal polyps removed, but that didn't work. I've also had every allergy test under the sun. They found I was allergic to heaps of things but dust mite was the worst. Even tried the whole no dust room etc. doens't work. Do u have any suggestions please help.

The good news is - it could be worse - asthma. The bad news is dust mites are everywhere. So I can only recommend a safe ongoing treatment. It's called quercetin and it's available from health stores. It is also present in spring onions in large amounts.
