Breast Development at 16: Understanding Growth & Options

Hello, i'll just cut to the chase here- i have very small boobs. I am 16 years old but will be 17 in 2 months. they're about size A, and i've concerned because i'm wondering if they will ever grow. or how i could get them to grow. i get pretty self conscious and i wear extreme push up bras alot, i'm not extremely tiny either, i weigh about 115 and am about 5'4 so i'm fit, and skinny but not petite..

I understand Megan.  I could give you some exercises to do.  Lets talk about it.  Are your periods regular?  I just want to rule out any hormone issues you may have.
