Can i get a positive pregnancy test (pharmacy) 48 hours after having unprotected sex? I have a faint line is this even possible by any chance?

Hi, I'd be glad to try and answer your question.  No, there is no chance that a home pregnancy test (or a hospital one for that matter) can pick up a pregnancy that early.  The earliest that a pregnancy can be detected by a pregnancy test is about 3-5 days before a missed period.
