Possible Pregnancy Symptoms: Implantation Bleeding or Something Else?

hi, i am 23 yrs old i was wondering if i could be pregnant i took a test about a week ago and came out negative i was feeling a little sick, today when i thought i was starting my period it only lasted for a couple of hours and it was gone i still have a little cramping and backache but i just wanted to know if this could be implantation bleeding or is it something else!

I would definitely do another pregnancy test.... of course if it comes out positive I would go to your OB/GYN doctor- if it comes out negative, I would still go to your doctor if I were you, maybe he/she can help you with the irregularity issues.  I suppose it could be implantation, or some old blood and you could be pregnant... hard to say either way! Take the home pregnancy test. They usually can pick up hCG levels about 50-100 and in very early pregnancy, the levels may not be high enough for a home test. A doctors test can pick up HCG (the pregnancy hormone) at 25. (this would explain why a second test would be positive after a negative first test) Naturally if your doctor has questions they would do a urinalysis/pregnancy test there and probably bloodwork to verify a pregnancy....good luck!
