Is a level of 102 very high for a MCV level.

Hi Darrin. Mean corpuscular volume (MCV) is a measurement of the average size of your RBCs.  The normal range is approximately 80-100, so your value of 102 is only slightly above the normal range. This increase is unlikely to be of any clinical significance.
