Understanding Progesterone Levels on Cycle Day 21: Ovulation & Follicle Release

Hello!  I also intended to ask you about the cycle day 21 progesterone level of 81.  In a medicated cycle where I had 4 mature follicles, does this imply that more than one follicle released an egg?  If not, is there any conclusions that can be drawn from this progesterone level other than the fact that I probably did ovulate?

Hello Again,

As long as you are not using supplemental progsterone the only information this gives is that you ovulated.  It is not more specific than that.  Sorry.
