Weight Management Advice for a 26-Year-Old: Expert Guidance

hello doctor,  
       My siter's age is 26, She is over weight and she does not eat much. Please advice her what should she do so as she can overcome this problem.

Believe it or not if she is not eating enough her body goes into kind of a starvation mode and keeps the pounds on!
She needs to be eating healthy, and not tooo much, but certainly enough.
I also suggest she purchase a pedometer.  You can get these at Wal-Mart in sporting goods for about 5 bucks!
She can wear this daily, the goal is 10000 steps!  12000 is even better.
She will be amazed and how just walking will help. She may think she walks enough, I did, but once I got the pedometer I noticed I was not moving as much as I thought I was.
