Answer -
Mr. India,

For the mild elevation in blood pressure (HTN) that is not sustained or markdly elevated (Class II, Class III, Class IV HTN) it can be said that the over the counter regiments of:

Magnesium oxide (citrate) 400mg can help.  It is a natural calcium channel blocker and can lower blood pressure significantly and is safe to use sporatically.

coQ10 (coenzyme Q10) 25 to 50 mg as a single dose may also help in lowering blood pressure.

It is said also that celery sticks are a way to control BP.

I am not aware of the benefits of coconut water, bananas or potatos as helpful.

Answer
Mr. India,

Magnesium is as natural as you can get.  A dose of 400mg will lower blood pressure.  CoQ10 is a Natural substance your own body makes... cannot get any more natural than that....  Not much else to tell you on this subject.

Adaptogen herbs may be helpful, yet they will take a while to work.
