It will take at least 30-60 days depending on your health. You need to better prepare your nutrients before you try again by taking a prenatal, PLUS a B-100 before each meal, magnesium oxide before each meal, 1000 mg of VBit C before each meal, a caltrate plus before each meal and 3000mg of omega 3 before each meal for at least 6 months if OK with your doctor.
